Colofac helps relieve the symptoms of IBS, which include abdominal pain and cramps, bowel spasm, diarrhoea and flatulence by relaxing the muscles in the gut. These come in a round, white, sugar coated tablet. Mebeverine works by calming muscle spasms in the gut.
