Hedrin Treat and Go Head Spray?

 

Hedrin Treat and Go Spray is quick and easy to apply.

This clinically-proven conditioning spray works by killing lice before an infestation can take hold.

A convenient leave-in treatment you wash out later.

It is also suitable for busy households because it needs to be left on the hair for 8 hours. For example it can be applied in the morning and then rinsed out later in the evening.

 

Warnings and Precautions

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is advised you speak to your GP or pharmacist before use.

Children under six months should only be treated under medical supervision.

Keep hair that is and has recently been treated away for naked flames and heat sources.

Ingredients

 

octane 1,2-diol 1% w/w (Activdiol®), PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, PEG-12 dimethicone, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, fragrance (contains limonene), water

 

How do I use Hedrin Treat and Go Head Spray?

 

Dosage:

  1. Apply directly onto dry hair.

  2. Shake the bottle well before use and unlock the trigger by twisting the plastic lock.

  3. Holding the bottle approximately 10cm away from the hair spray the solution into the hair until it's covered from root to tip. Let the hair dry naturally (or use a hair dryer if you prefer). Leave on for at least 8 hours or overnight. Wash hair with normal shampoo.

  4. Apply Hedrin again after 7 days to deal with any lice which may have hatched during that time.

What are the side effects of Hedrin Treat and Go Head Spray?

 

Possible side effects:

  • Skin irritation. If the product causes a rash or excessive irritation wash it off straight away with normal shampoo and get advice from your pharmacist regarding other products to treat the head lice.

  • Flaking of the scalp.

  • Itching or irritation around the eyes
